Refund policy
REFUNDS:
Full refunds will be applied to your account if:
- The item arrives damaged*
- You decide to cancel your order before the item is shipped
- If the seller cancels the order for any reason
- Items that are mailed and returned to sender (false address) will be charged a second time.
RETURNS
As a very small business, we are not able to accept returns at this time. The cost to ship things back to our studio is often as much as or more than the order so it doesn't really make sense. If there is a PROBLEM with your order - wrong items or not as described, please contact us.
